1. Introduction
Welcome to Mitlia! By accessing or using our services (linguistics, creative, social media, and hybrid-translations), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Services
Mitlia provides a range of services categorized into four main areas: linguistics, creative, social media, and hybrid-translations. Our services include:
- Linguistics Services: Translation, Localization, Proofreading & Editing, Transcriptions.
- Creative Services: Graphic Design, Brand Identity, Web Development, Web Design, UX/UI Design, Copywriting.
- Social Media Services: Social Media Management.
- Hybrid Services: Hybrid-Method, Hybrid-Translations.
We strive to deliver high-quality work tailored to your specific needs. All services will be provided as outlined in the individual agreements or contracts between you (the client) and Mitlia.
3. Client Responsibilities
As the client, you agree to:
- Provide clear, accurate information and project details necessary for the completion of services.
- Ensure that all content provided for translation, localization, or creative work is lawful and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
- Respond to any queries from Mitlia in a timely manner to prevent delays.
- Review and approve all work within the agreed-upon timeline.
4. Payment Terms
- Pricing for each project or service will be agreed upon before work begins, and any additional costs will be discussed and approved before incurring them.
- Payment must be made according to the terms set in the project agreement or invoice. Full payment or an agreed deposit may be required upfront for certain projects.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or any other method agreed upon in writing.
- Failure to make timely payment may result in a delay of services or termination of the contract.
5. Revisions and Approvals
- The client is entitled to a specified number of revisions, as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
- All revisions must be requested within the agreed timeframe. After the project is finalized, any further changes will be considered new work and will be subject to additional fees.
6. Cancellation & Termination
- Either party may cancel or terminate a project before its completion. In such cases, the client will be charged for the work completed up to the point of cancellation.
- If the client wishes to cancel after the project has begun, a notice period must be provided, and any non-refundable deposits will be retained by Mitlia.
- Mitlia reserves the right to terminate any agreement in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
7. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property created by Mitlia as part of the service will remain the property of Mitlia until full payment is received.
- Upon payment, the client will receive the rights to the final deliverables, including any translations, designs, or other creative work. Mitlia retains the right to showcase this work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The client guarantees that any content provided to Mitlia does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. Any claims arising from this will be the sole responsibility of the client.
8. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to keep all information related to the project confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior consent.
- Mitlia will handle all sensitive data provided by the client with the utmost care and will not share, sell, or distribute it.
9. Liability
- Mitlia aims to deliver high-quality, error-free work; however, the client is responsible for final approval. Once approved, Mitlia is not liable for any errors or omissions.
- Mitlia will not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or expenses that may arise from using our services, including missed deadlines caused by client delays or unforeseen circumstances.
10. Dispute Resolution
- In the event of any disputes regarding these Terms & Conditions, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mutual negotiation.
- If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be submitted to binding arbitration under European Union law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Modifications to Terms
Mitlia reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services after such modifications will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
